Coffee is in Taisa’s blood.
Born in Brazil with Italian heritage, she grew up surrounded by the rich
aromas of freshly brewed coffee, developing a deep passion for it from
an early age.
Today, she shares that passion with
her husband, Jon, an Englishman whose love for coffee is matched by his
business expertise. Together, they founded Legacy Coffees with one clear mission: to bring exceptional coffee to our community while helping local people thrive.
For us, coffee is more than just a
drink, it’s a way to connect people, create opportunities, and support
small businesses. We work closely with independent cafés, restaurants,
and local entrepreneurs, providing not only freshly roasted beans but
also machinery, technical support, and barista training to help them grow and succeed.
We are also committed to sustainability and ethical sourcing, carefully selecting coffees from farms and cooperatives that respect both the environment and the people who cultivate them.
And of course, no family story is complete without Rocky, our spirited Yorkshire Terrier, who brings his own charm to our daily coffee adventures.
