Returns & Refunds
Coffee does not accept returns as it is a perishable product. If there was an error with your order or if you are not satisfied with your coffee, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of purchase and we will be in touch soon.
If you have an issue with or are unsatisfied with your order, you have 28 days from the date you received it to contact us at email@example.com.
Returned items must be in saleable condition in order to qualify for a refund or like-for-like exchange. They should be returned to us in their original packaging and unused. Postage for all returns to Legacy Coffees is to be paid by the customer. Please note that refunds are subject to the provided goods being in perfect, unused and complete in their unopened original packaging. Please allow 14 working days for this process. We recommend that your carrier provides you with ‘proof of delivery’ as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
Please also note that we can only accept purchases made directly from www.legacycoffees.co.uk.
On rare occasions, hardware product faults can occur. If you think the piece(s) of hardware you have purchased has/have suffered a manufacturing fault, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Items that are damaged due to excessive or long-term usage are not considered faulty.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
