Born in the fertile lands of Tres Pontas, South Minas, Castanhas is a celebration of Brazil’s classic coffee character. Produced by members of the Cocatrel Cooperative—one of the country’s largest and most respected—this coffee carries the legacy of over 6,000 smallholder farmers, many cultivating less than 10 hectares of land. Through Cocatrel Direct Trade, only the finest lots are selected and assigned to the Castanhas profile, chosen for their clean, sweet expression of Brazil’s terroir.

Meticulously dried in static boxes—a method that enhances sweetness and clarity—this coffee develops its signature rich and creamy profile. Expect flavours of milk chocolate, caramel biscuit, and roasted nuts, brought together in a smooth, full-bodied cup that feels both familiar and indulgent.
